My name is Beth Jarrett and I have been scrapping for 10 years. I have three kids who are the main focus of my scrapping. I love scrapping. I love the finished product, but what I love most is the process. I like to take my time when scrapping as I like to enjoy it. It can take me up to a week to complete a layout. I am fortunate enough to be named a Scrapbooking Memories Master for 2001/12.

DI GARLING...
I am happily married & I have two grown up sons who have now unfortunately moved out of home, so now I am an "empty nester". I so miss my boys living at home. I have a great little fat "Staffy" dog called Poppy, who we all totally spoil. I own a Scrapbook shop at The Entrance NSW which I started up 5 1/2 years ago & I do a lot of designing & teaching there. I absolutely love my job & I do adore all things paper. I would have to say I am totally addicted as most of you are too. I am also a sewer, patchworker & beader, however I don't seem to do those as much any more as Scrapbooking seems to be my No. 1 passion, I am also the DT Cordinator for Green Tara.

KYLIE SYMONS...
I live in a small town in Australia called Tumut. I have lived my whole life basically in this country town and I love the peace and serenity which surrounds us.

I am married to my school friend sweetheart Andrew and we share three beautiful daughters- Kayley, Emma and Bridget.

I have been scrapping since 2007 and I love a great challenge and enjoy trying different techniques. I do like to use bright and bold colours on my layouts which might make me stand out from the rest-LOL .
I love to cut up pp and use a lot of chipboard and embellishments on my layouts.

A little note from me..

I just want to let you know one of the reasons things have been delayed this month, apart from having laptop issues at the start of the month, this little bundle of joy arrived on the 20th December, so I am sure you can understand why things are running a little late.

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES...

Hey Everyone

Just a quick message for all the readers of Kraft It Up, White With 1 and Scrap The Boys...

I am having some major computer issues at the moment and my laptop is off to see someone who can hopefully work out what is wrong with it and fix it tomorrow...

I am therefore, depending on how long it takes to get fixed, could be out of action for a while, hopefully not too long but it may mean that there will not be the monthly challenge posted on the 1st and if you are waiting for emails from me there may be a delay there as well..

I am using my daughters computer at the moment however it doesnt have all of my images from the CT on it which will cause a delay until I get mine back...

Please bear with me, fingers crossed I am back up and going very very soon, that is until this baby decideds to come which will hopefully be after I get the computer back LOL!

KIU Creative Team Call...

It is that time again, we are on the look out for some talented scrappers to join us here on the Kraft It Up Creative Team...

The CT Term will be from February through to the end of July with the option of a further 6 months.

DUTIES: You will need to create one layout per month based on specific criteria which is always emailed in advance, you are required to comment on some users entries, I realise that we all have busy lives and it may be impossible to comment on 40+ entries each month, you are also required to vote for the previous months challenge entries and promote Kraft It Up on your blog and facebook page and anywhere else that is allowed.

To apply for the KIU CT Call please read the below information....

Firstly you MUST LOVE KRAFT, you will need to create your layout examples on Kraft Cardstock or Kraft Patterned Paper.

You need to email me 2 layouts, ONE that best showcases your style and the 2ND using the following sketch....

* Please feel free to interpret the sketch to how you see it, remember your layouts MUST be on Kraft CS or Kraft PP..

You then need to email me your two layouts, a brief bio and headshot that you would be happy to see posted on the KIU blog if you were successful.

Applications close 20th December with the successful applicants notified by the 1st January, you will then be issued with your first challenges, Februarys being due at the end of January.
