KIU AUGUST CHALLENGE IS HERE...

Welcome everyone to KIU's August Challenge and the NEW LOOK Creative Team...

This is the last month Em and myself will be creating for KIU, we have stepped aside to allow some fresh faces join the team, we werent sure what the "Blog Etiquette" is in regards to how many CT Members you have or expect on a challenge blog, you never know if you like more layouts to look at let us know and we might rejoin LOL!

Anyhow this month also brings 5 new faces and 2 recently new faces, Lou Nelson, Nic Pomeroy, Felicity Wilson, Tara Scobie, Melinda Thompson, Lauren Bell and Michelle Winston, all of these girls were chosen to showcase their individual and different styles and we hope you like the new CT Team. So are you ready for a new challenge.......

This month your KIU challenge is a COLOUR challenge...

You need to create a layout using Kraft and the following colours ~

GREEN
YELLOW
BLACK

There is no restriction on what colours must dominate nor the exact shade of each, we are leaving that up to you!

A Big Welcome to MELINDA THOMPSON

Here is a little about Melinda...

Hi my name is Melinda Thompson AKA as Min. I am married to a wonderful husband Brad of 10 years and we have two adorable boys, Riley 3 years, Finlay 21 months. We are currently living in Brisbane but as of the end of July we are moving to Emerald in Central Queensland.

I started scrapping around the time that Riley was born but only really became ‘serious’ about 12 months ago. Now I am hooked!! I scrap nearly everyday, if I’m not scrapping I am thinking about it, browsing through magazines, online galleries and blogs or simply taking photos of my little boys.

Not sure how you would describe my style. I often love to make my own background paper, using lots of paint and glimmermist and I also love to use any distressing technique and non scrapping embellishments on my LO’s.

I am very excited & feel honoured to be part of the Kraft It Up Creative Team, to be creating along side some amazing talented scrappers. I am looking forward to all the challenges that this will bring.

A Big Welcome to MICHELLE WINSTON

Here is a little about Michelle...

I am 37 years old, and live with my DH Brett, and two sons Jacob (10) and Caden (2) on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches. When I am not scrapbooking, reading, or playing netball, I am a primary school teacher !

I have been scrapbooking for about 6 years, and still love it ! I am fortunate to be a published scrapbooker, and I love a good scrapping comp ! I do my bit to support the Australian Scrapbooking industry through my free advertising blog "Just Calls & Crops", and I love to spend my hard earned teaching dollars on yummy new scrapping supplies !

I am very excited to be a member of the KIU Creative Team, and work with such a wonderful group of talented ladies. I look forward to the challenges ahead, and seeing lots of gorgeous scrapping !!!
